Edamame with Sea Salt
Steamed soybeans sprinkled with flaky sea salt — protein-packed and impossible to share.
Instructions

Boil the Water
Fill a large pot with 6 cups of water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

Salt the Water
Add the kosher salt to the boiling water and stir briefly to dissolve.

Cook the Edamame
Add the edamame pods to the boiling salted water.

Boil for 5 to 6 minutes, until the beans inside the pods are tender when pressed.

Drain
Pour the edamame into a colander and drain thoroughly.

Season and Serve
Transfer the drained edamame to a large serving bowl.

Sprinkle the flaky sea salt evenly over the pods.

Toss gently to coat and serve immediately while hot.
