Include the email address you use to sign in to PurePrep (and, if it's about a specific recipe, a link or screenshot) so we can help faster. We aim to reply within one business day.

Managing your subscription

PurePrep subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so they're managed from your store account rather than inside the app:

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PurePrep, or go directly to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → PurePrep, or go directly to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

From there you can view your renewal date, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal. Cancelling keeps your paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because billing is handled by Apple and Google, refund requests go directly to them: use reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your order history in Google Play. Their respective refund policies apply.

Signing in

PurePrep supports sign-in with Google, with Apple, or with your email address and a one-time verification code — there's no password to remember. If a verification code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and confirm the address was typed correctly.

Deleting your account

You can delete your PurePrep account and its data at any time:

In the app: Settings → Account → Close Account
On the web: visit app.pureprep.com/closeaccount

Account deletion is permanent and removes your recipes, meal plans, and family data. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it through the App Store or Google Play as described above.
