Greek Yogurt Parfait with Granola & Berries
Layered honey-sweetened Greek yogurt with crunchy granola and fresh seasonal berries — protein-packed, naturally beautiful, and ready in just 5 minutes. A Mediterranean-inspired breakfast or snack that feels indulgent but keeps you energized all morning.
Instructions
Season the Yogurt
Add the Greek yogurt to a medium bowl.
Drizzle the honey over the yogurt.
Add the vanilla extract to the bowl.
Stir everything together gently until just combined and smooth.
Prepare the Berries
Combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in a small bowl and toss gently to mix.
Build the First Layer
Spoon one-quarter of the honey yogurt into the bottom of each of the two serving glasses or bowls.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the yogurt in each glass.
Add a generous spoonful of the mixed berries over the granola layer in each glass.
Build the Second Layer
Spoon the remaining yogurt evenly over the berry layer in each glass.
Add another even layer of granola over the yogurt in each glass.
Top each parfait with the remaining mixed berries.
Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chia seeds over each parfait.
Scatter the sliced almonds over the top of each parfait.
Tuck 2–3 fresh mint leaves into the top of each glass as garnish.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate uncovered for up to 2 hours before the granola softens.
